Agreeing to these terms

By opening SayHello you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, don't use the site.

Who may use SayHello

You must be 18 or over. The site is for adults: flirting and grown-up subjects are allowed, and that is exactly why nobody under 18 belongs here. If we find out an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it.

What is not allowed

While using SayHello, you agree not to:

• Share anything sexual involving anyone under 18, or anything else illegal
• Harass, threaten or intimidate the person you are talking to
• Send advertising, spam or links to paid services
• Try to get someone's real name, address, documents or payment details
• Use bots or scripts against the site
• Work around reports, blocks or limits

What you write

What you write stays yours. At the same time:

• Conversations are erased within 24 hours of the chat ending; a reported chat waits until the report is dealt with, never longer than 30 days
• If someone reports a chat, we read that chat — otherwise a report would mean nothing
• We are not responsible for what the other person says or sends
• A photo you send can be seen and saved by the person you sent it to
• We may delete anything that breaks these terms

What we do not promise

SayHello is provided as it is. We do not promise that:

• The site works without interruption or mistakes
• Somebody will be online when you look
• The other person is who they say they are
• Every conversation is a pleasant one

Closing access

We may pause or close access to SayHello if someone breaks these terms or makes the site worse for other people. A search closed by reports opens again by itself, and if you think it was a mistake, write to us.
